What’s the first step in working with IBTL (or with you)?

The first step is always clarity. Before we write a single word, we start with a discovery call to understand your brand’s purpose, values, and challenges.
It’s a conversation, not a sales pitch, where we unpack what your business stands for and what you want your audience to feel when they experience your brand.

From there, I’ll recommend the best next step for you, whether that’s starting with your Brand Manifesto, mapping your message through the CLEAR Messaging Blueprint, or collaborating more closely through the Copy Co-Lab.

No pressure, no confusion, just clarity from the start.

 

What services do you offer?

As an ecommerce copywriter, I help sustainable and purpose-driven brands bring their message to life across every touchpoint. From product launches to everyday marketing, I craft copy that’s clear, compelling, and conversion-ready. This includes product pages, collection and reveal pages, general web content, Meta and Google Ads, email marketing, and blog content. I also support marketing teams with Social Media Management and Customer Service communications (like email flows and templates).

In addition to À la carte services, I offer strategic copywriting and consultancy through signature packages, tailored for growing and purpose-led brands.

Do you provide free samples?

Unfortunately, I do not provide any free copywriting samples. Working on any copy that isn’t part of a project still requires time investment for research, drafting, and creation. Can I customize my copywriting package?

Yes, of course! Every ecommerce business is different, and the copywriting and copyediting support needs to be adaptable and versatile. The easiest way to customize your package is to book a Discovery Call. We will customize your package so that your team is comfortable working with external support.

 

How do we communicate and keep in touch while working together?

There are several ways I keep in touch with my clients: Slack, Teams, email, or project management tools, such as Asana or Trello. Most of my clients use Slack for direct daily communication and updates, and Teams for meetings.

How many revisions are included per project?

I offer two rounds of free revisions. We will discuss the initial draft together and make amendments early on to avoid further changes in the later stages of the project.

What languages do you cover?

The overall communication and working language is English. Other languages covered are French, Romanian, Italian, and Czech (as source language). We’re also communicating in German and Polish.

How do I pay?

All digital products available on the Copy Shelf are powered and created in ConvertKit. Therefore, payment will be redirected through the Stripe gateway for direct online payment. Within seconds, your product will be sent to your email address for safe download and customization.

Do you work on a retainer?

Where are you located? Should we meet?

My clients are international, and, therefore, I adopted a remote-first policy. I’m based in beautiful Prague, Czech Republic, and I collaborate with most of my clients remotely. If you have offices in Prague, I’d love to meet your team and have occasional alignment meetings in person.

Our business is a start-up, and we’re on a tight budget. Can you help?
